Creative Film Nights

Step into the world of horror and imagination at Creative Film Nights. This special edition brings together regional and international filmmakers in a creative setting designed to spark ideas that explore the art of thrill in cinematic storytelling.

Agenda:

  • Film screening of three short films
  • Workshop on Scene Superimposition and AI Video Generation.

Film Screenings Details:

Korean Short Film “Vortex” by director: Jaewoo Jang

  • About the film: Yoon-seok takes care of his sick mother while his father is away at sea. Troubled by terrifying thoughts about his parents, he encounters a girl dragging stones by the seaside.

Korean Short Film “My House” by director: Ji Nam-churl

  • About the film: Returning home, Yeoreum grows increasingly anxious over texts from her husband. Her paranoia escalates, and by nightfall, her own home starts to suffocate her.

Arab Film Studio Short Film “Hammer by Abdulla Alneyadi (Arab Film Studio alumni)

  • About the film: "Hammer" is a dark satire short film about Ehab, an idealistic employee who challenges conformity in an oppressive institute. Little does he know that he will pay the price for his innocence.
