Service Description

Licensing of establishments that provide audio and visual content services through a portable studio or a vehicle containing the necessary equipment to produce/ record media content (OB VAN).

Required Documents

Coloured Passport Copy*
Emirates ID Copy*
Trade name reservation certificate
Articles of Association
*These documents needs to be submitted for the company General manager and owners

Service Guidelines

Register by filling in initial information

Login using the credentials received by email

Complete company or individual information upon first login

Navigate to the service you would like to apply for

Fill in the service details and upload required documents

pay the fees (if applicable)

The service request will go through review and validation

you will be notified once the service completed by email.
